I'm a vtuber and vartist specializing in character design and illustration. I also offer services such as emotes, vtuber models, and rigging.
Prices Listed in USD
Payments made through SQAUREUP.
Payments are also accepted through Paypal, but will result in an 8% upcharge.
*Do not commission me with character designs/licensed IPs not owned by yourself unless it is a gift to the owner, or the owner has been made aware and consented to our transaction. Some other exceptions may be discussed. If I find suspicion that the intellectual property does not belong to the client and no exceptions were made, I will reject the commission.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Artist Responsibilities
The artist is responsible for showing milestones for works in progress to the client. The artist is also responsible for informing client when upcharges are necessary or if delays may be possible. The artist is responsible for responding to clients' inquiries within reason.Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for crediting when using or displaying the artwork that results from the service provided by the artist. The Client is responsible for providing information and specifications necessary to complete the commissioned piece. Client is also responsible for responding to the artist's inquiries within reason.Payment and Refunds
Payments will be made through a third party service known as SquareUp, which will require clients' credit card information. The artist does not receive any information regarding this information and the processing is done through SquareUp. The artist is not responsible for the trade secrets or functions of SquareUp.Payments may also be made through a third party system known as PayPal with an additional upcharge of 8%. The artist is not responsible for the trade secrets or functions of PayPal.Payment for commissions/services priced at $50 and under will require full charge upfront before work will begin. An 80% refund can be granted before the end of the sketch phase, but once the sketch phase is completed, no refunds will be granted.For payments of commissions/services priced over $50, a payment plan can be discussed with an additional upcharge of 10%. Payment plans will be divided between milestones of the artwork (such as sketch, lineart, and colors). The next portion of the artwork will not begin before the corresponding payment has been made. Payment plans can be cancelled to stop the work of the artist and cancel the project, but previously paid portions will NOT be refunded unless the corresponding portion of art has not been started.Copyright and Credit
Clients will not claim artist's work as their own or erase the watermark.Credit to the artist must be made upon use and display of the artwork regardless of personal, professional, merchandising, branding, or commercial use.Commercial Use
For most commissions, discussion and possible upcharges are necessary before clients are granted permission to use a commissioned product for commercial use. Exceptions for this rule are for profile pictures and banners, where credit should still be granted. Once rights for commercial use have been granted, credit must still be given upon use.SunnySketchy prohibits the usage of any of their works in any NFT/Blockchain/cryptocurrency related technologies.
SunnySketchy prohibits the usage of any of their works in any AI sampling or training.Merchandising
Discussion and necessary upcharges/unique payment agreements must be made before client has the rights to use commissioned product for merchandising and licensing.
Clients can not redistribute the rights to use artwork for merchandising, with the exception of this rule being character designs.Non-Disclosure Agreements
Clients cannot assume projects are subject to Non-disclosure agreements. Most projects can not be subject to NDA.Non-Disclosure agreements will result in up to a 50% upcharge from the base price, although this upcharge can vary depending on the agreement and situation. Discussion will be necessary.SunnySketchy must be notified of and agree to a non disclosure agreement physically, virtually, or verbally before they are valid.If the artist fails to abide by the Non-Disclosure agreement, a partial refund will be made.Deadlines
As of now, I do not do deadline commissions. A date of completion may be proposed by the client so I can at least attempt to work within clients' timelines, but I will not promise that products will be completed by any date.By sending a payment for a commission or service, the client is agreeing to these terms of service.
